Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 4, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how IQ (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal data when you visit iq.clinic (the “Site”) or submit a request through our contact form.
1. Data we collect
We only collect data that you provide or that is required to operate the Site:
- Contact form data — your name, phone number, and (optionally) your clinic’s name.
- Technical data submitted with the form — IP address, referring page, and marketing parameters (UTM tags), used to understand where requests come from.
- Cookies — the Site uses a single functional cookie that remembers you have dismissed the cookie notice. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.
2. How we use your data
- To respond to your request and contact you about our product;
- To understand which marketing channels our requests come from;
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
We process this data on the basis of your consent (submitted with the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
3. Where your data is stored
The Site is hosted on Cloudflare’s global infrastructure. Form submissions are stored in a Cloudflare-managed database and delivered to our team as internal notifications (including via the Telegram messaging service). Access is limited to team members who handle inquiries. We use appropriate technical measures — encryption in transit, access controls, and backups — to protect your data.
4. Sharing
We share personal data only with the service providers listed above (hosting, database, and internal notification delivery), and only to the extent needed to handle your request. We may disclose data where required by law.
5. Retention
We keep contact requests for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and follow up, and in any case no longer than 24 months, unless a business relationship is established. You can request deletion at any time.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including under the GDPR and similar laws), you have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the form on the Site. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
7. Children
The Site is intended for professional audiences and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
8. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, is always available on this page.
9. Contact
For any privacy questions or requests, contact us through the form at iq.clinic.
